become involved

Below are some ways you can meet some like-minded individuals

and be a part of something heartfelt and make friends while you are at it!

Attention all men

mEn's breakfast

A few years ago a few men of St. Paul’s got together on the third Friday of the month for breakfast. No particular agenda, just a chance to talk and have a morning of fellowship. About four men showed up and at the end of breakfast thought it was a great idea to get together once a month. So, we started to meet every month on the third Friday and as many as 15 men showed up. There were men from St. Paul’s, and some brought neighbors. When the Pandemic hit it became necessary to cancel the monthly meetings. As things got a little better, we decided to start meeting again, four or five showed up. On Friday, February 18 th eleven men met for breakfast, it was fantastic, the conversation consisted of many topics, a great morning. I would like to invite all men to attend the Third  Friday Breakfast at the GREENLAWN FAMILY RESTAURANT on Pulaski Road at 9:00AM. There is no commitment, you come when you are able. If you have any questions please  the church office or Ed Basche.

Once a month

bowling

St. Paul's Bowling League starts in the September. We normally bowl the third Sunday of each month, ending in June. Bowlers must be 18 years or older, all levels of experience are welcome. This is a fun league! The cost is $20.00 per person per month, each team consists of four people.

If you would like to join and have formed a team, please email Doreen the names of your entire team. If you are joining as an individual bowler, we will place you on a team.

To confirm that you will be bowling with us, or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact Doreen Flanagan.

once a month

prime timers

It’s always fun to get together with friends and just chat and relax. Thats what we try to do at each meeting as we plan future trips, luncheons, and speakers. Since the time the Rohrssens began the club, we have made many happy memories of the good times we shared. We meet the second Monday of every month at noon, in the Fellowship Room. When the weather warms up, we may meet in the Memorial Garden. There are no dues and usually you bring your own lunch and sometimes a cake or dessert. You are never too old or too young to come. We hope more of our St. Paul’s friends will join us. Questions? Call Grace Black 631-757-7304.
